Buffalo Chicken Soup

Buffalo Chicken Soup is my favorite soup! Even during the hot summer months, I will make a batch of this soup.

32 oz Chicken broth

1/2 c orzo

1/2 chicken breast

1/2 c buffalo sauce

Blue cheese or Parmesan cheese optional

If you don’t like spicy stuff you can add less buffalo sauce for a milder soup.

Bake chicken until completely cooked. Dice into small pieces.

In a pan add chicken broth, orzo and buffalo sauce, heat on high. When it starts to boil, reduce heat to a simmer. Cook til orzo is completely done. It doesn’t take long. Add chicken. Let it simmer for another 10-15 minutes.

Pour soup into bowl before adding cheese.

This soup had a yummy aroma and great taste.
