Fried Chicken

Derek and the little ones love fried chicken! The coating is what really makes the fried chicken.

To make it a little healthy I used chicken breast tenderloins.

3 lbs Chicken Tenderloins

1 c Milk

2 eggs

1 tsp Garlic Powder

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 c Flour

2 cups Oil

Scramble the eggs in a bowl and mix in the milk. Soak the chicken in the egg mixture for at least 5 minutes.

In another bowl mix or a bag the flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Coat each piece of chicken with the flour mixture.

Heat oil up before frying the chicken. It will take a few minutes on each side before the chicken is done. The chicken will be a nice golden brown.

After the chicken is done cooking let the chicken drain off the extra grease.
