Mac N Cheese Casserole

Yum!! I don’t usually make my mac n cheese this way. For special occasions I do!

16 oz Macaroni Noodles (cooked)

1/2 c Butter

1/2 c Flour

1/2 tsp Pepper

1/2 tsp Salt

3 1/2 c Milk

8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese

8 oz Shredded Colby cheese

In a skillet, add butter, flour and 1/2 cup milk over medium heat. Whisk until the mixture is smooth. Add milk 1/2 cup at a time keeping the mixture smooth.

Then add cheese (minus a cup of the cheese) to flour mixture. Stir until all of the cheese is melted. Stir in the cooked noodles.

Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
