Bacon & Cheese Salad Wedge

I do not know why but I love a salad wedge. I like how they look and the way you eat them. They are simple to make. Plus there are so many ways to make them.

There is a simple bacon and cheese salad wedge.

A head of Iceberg Lettuce

Shredded cheese (I use a Colby Monterrey blend)

Bacon pieces

Ranch dressing

Take the head on Iceberg lettuce and slam the core on the counter top. Remove the core. Now you can cut it into wedges. If it’s a small head than cutting it into fourths works well.


Place one wedge of lettuce on your plate and drizzle with ranch dressing. Add cheese and bacon.



Use your fork or a knife to cut down the wedge to eat it.


The salad is simple and delicious.
