Crab Ragoons

I searched every where for wonton wrappers but came up empty handed. Phyll Shell works in a quick pinch.

3 oz Cream Cheese (Room Temp.)

4 oz Imitated Crab

1 Green Onion, diced

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Won-ton wrappers

Mix the cream cheese, crab, onions and garlic in a bowl.

Scoop a small amount of the mixture and place it in the center of a won-ton wrapper.


Fold the won-ton wrapper, making sure to push the ends together. This will help keep the oil out when frying the ragoons.


Fry the ragoons until they are a golden brown color. It doesn’t take long at all, so make sure you keep an eye on them.
