Loaded Home Fries

Want to spice up your breakfast potatoes? Add some cheese and bacon.

2 large Potatoes (diced)

1 c Shredded cheese

1/2 c Bacon pieces

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

Salt and Pepper (To taste)


Brown the diced potatoes in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.


After the potatoes are cooked. Remove the skillet from the heat, add cheese and bacon pieces and stir. The heat from the potatoes will melt the cheese.IMG_1211.JPG
