Quick Chicken Pot Pie

This recipe is easy and simple. If you really enjoy pot pie but not the time that it takes to make it. Try this out.

I have to admit some days I don’t want to cook at all. However I have little ones that need to be feed. Fast and quick meals are my go to ideas on days like this. I still try to make healthy meals though.  This recipe is great for those types of days.

3 c Gravy

1 lb Chicken (cooked and shredded)

1 c Carrots and Peas (I used frozen ones)

1 container of Grand Flaky Biscuits

Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix gravy, chicken and veggies in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a 9″ by 13″ casserole dish.

Place the biscuits on the top of the gravy mix.

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve a big scoop of chicken and a biscuit. Enjoy!
